Today was a beautiful and relaxed day. We took a 3 hour drive on the big air conditioned bus to Cherai Beach. We same in the warm salty Arabian Sea. The area was a tourist area and we thought that maybe bikini's would be okay. At first there weren't too many locals around. Later in the day more people showed up and the ladies had to cover up. There were plenty of small restaurants, snack bars, and ice cream shops around. We spent the whole day at the beach and came back to the hotel for dinner at 8. It took about 2 hours to get home because there were less people on the road and there weren't any detours. I started feeling bus sick because of all short stops, twists, turns, speed, but in the end it was worth it. We saw a lot more of the area. We went over bridges and saw pretty lakes and rivers. The beautiful green environment was amazing. This entire weekend was the perfect last weekend of our trip.
